15min has always been the ep's length, 21-22min. with intro\outro... its just an illusion because they cut intro\outro the last couple ep's

edit: matter fact 15min. is the default length (excluding intro\outro) of 99% of what i call full length donghua and I've only remember one that's longer the old 30min, and new 2023 Fog Hill of Five Elements just out at 35min total length... oh and technically the few final Soul Land ep's but I don't count them and consider them specials

seems like the standard body length of donghua are 5, 10, and 15 min.

that's just your imagination 21-22 min including the intro an outro been the runtime since day 1.... the last few ep's cut out both leaving the illusion of shorter ep's that have always been about 15 min.

When your opponent fights back your combo shots with brute force alone you should be worried 😂, what makes this much better is they don’t even recognize him..

Other donghua character faces would be more terrified. They only will challenge him because they don’t know his actual str. That scepter is his favorite tool now I see.

Just to emphasise how ridiculously talented SH is: that merging of his 10 heavenly passages into one has never been done before in history and never in the future either (sorry for that slight spoiler). The power he can draw from it is immense. He can withstand and absorb any attack.

The donghua unfortunately did not show the danger of it, everything looks easy albeit majestic but in truth, his act of merging them is akin to suicide which is why they show the flashback of him exploding his 10 HP during his last major battle and that’s how he got an epiphany on how to make it perfect. Firstly he destroys them and then merges them together again to form one giant HP.

He can’t use it in public especially in front of ppl that he knows because that’s the trademark of his identity. The whale roc or Kun Peng technique has almost gone extinct, SH is the only one who has learned the complete technique because the original creator Kun Peng has already died long time back and she left the only inheritance in the North Sea Kun Peng nest.

Reasons why this is no.2 in my top 10 list… gave me goosebumps. Also his a cultivation freak I respect that… no shortcuts whatsoever. I guess the time is short maybe they preparing for some epic battles, they usually give those 30 - 35 mins. I think we got spoilt because of those special events that get a lengthy duration.

Now this is what I mean! Good runtime good graphics, fight scenes, a storyline I can follow and although the translation is 100% I’m mostly too busy watching the action. Even this guys cultivation and breakthrough is amazing to watch.

SH will fight with Yue Chan where he ahem.. grabs her legs in the water and strips off one of her protective armour. **everything is very suggestive and of course it fits SH’s shamelessness. 😉

Not sure if he will meet his grandpa next episode already but they will definitely meet soon and this time it’ll be the two devil kings duo showtime. Oh.. there’s one more highlight, not sure if they will show this since they already whitewashed the bro in the previous episodes: SH will teach QH a lesson for being cocky because that dude really needs a slapping!

QH needs some beating from Older brother he become more cocky feeling at the top of his Era among the youngster when all of his boost in cultivation come from SH. I love the reaction of Yue Chan here she no longer the arrogant btch anymore after SH clap her push and corner her into a small form.

Trust me she’s still one arrogant bitch, it’s just that SH has pulled the gap between them further apart. She is no longer his match. When you can’t beat him, then you got to suck it up.

He really brings shame to Shi Hao ever since he introduce in the series I already know he can't really bring peace to the MC

She’s at the same level as SH. She was still higher than SH when he turned her into a small girl back in the lower realm but since then, SH has caught up. The main reason why SH could beat her last time was because of his supreme bone ability and the imperial dragon power from the Shi Kingdom.

At the moment, everyone is at venerable realm because they need to maintain at this level in order to enter the primordial ancient place (remember all the qualifying competitions from villages all the way to provinces?). Once they enter they can try to break into divine flame realm. But now there’s no confusion, everyone SH meets will be at his level, of course technically SH will always be stronger than most of them because of all his abilities and his rock solid body.

I guess it is true that those who seemed powerful at first will look weak when MC reaches their level. At least her arrogance won’t mean much now.

I agree SH is a tragic figure but it’s still too early to judge the donghua version. The reason why I like PW is the same reason that makes others seethe in anger and give up the novel.

The plot of the novel is actually very linear and does not have many unexpected twists and turns. But the author is really good at playing with the readers emotions. One moment, you’re laughing your head off and the next moment your blood is boiling under your skin. I can only say this author is pushing the meaning of “superlative” to the max. There’re parts that are just ridiculously funny or heartbreakingly tragic or just repetitively boring. Everything is done to the extreme.

I don’t know if you’re watching a new donghua called “Shrouding the Heavens”. This is the sequel of PW but the author actually wrote this novel first before writing PW. Yes, PW is the first book in the trilogy. That’s why the ending of Book 1 is hopelessly sad and tragic because the author had to follow the setting that he has fixed in Book 2. Apparently Book 2 also has a sad/bad ending because their story will come to an end in Book 3. Supposedly, Book 3 has a happily-ever-after ending for all the MCs of each book.
